Barclays is being sued for over £1billion by American Owned Credit Card Company; CCUK, due to loans with mis-sold payment protection plans.

CCUK Finance is claiming that the 500,000 credit agreement brought off Barclays back in 2007 were “worthless” in part by mis sold Payment Break Plans (PBP).

PBPs and PPI has lead to banks paying billions of pounds in fines to millions of customers.

CCUK who died the claim to the High Court in London on May 4 have reported that 200,00 of the Card Agreements it bought off Barclays had PBP attached.
